FAQ’s & How to Order

How do I place an order?
Buying from All Vegan online store is super easy and only takes a few minutes if you follow these simple steps.

  • Click on one of the ‘Product’ category links located in the top menu bar or alternatively you can use the search button located at the top of the website to find the product(s) you would like to purchase.
  • Select the product you would like to purchase and you’ll be shown a product detail page where you enter the quantity and in some cases the flavour and size you require.
  • Then add it to your shopping basket. At any time you can view your basket, adjust quantities and remove items, or you can select from other product categories and add more products.
  • When you’ve finished shopping, go to the shopping basket, calculate your shipping option and click ‘checkout’.
  • All the details of your chosen products will be displayed along with any promotional discounts and a selection of delivery charges that may apply (for orders under $99AUD).
  • Then follow the on-screen instructions via our secure (https) payment gateways via Stripe for Debit/Credit card payments, PayPal or Afterpay. (Afterpay only available for purchases over $99AUD.
  • Once your payment is approved and processed, you will be taken to an order confirmation page where you can print a copy of your order which will also be emailed to you.

**Please note: All Vegan does not hold, store or retain any of your payment details, as this is completely handled by Stripe, PayPal and Afterpay’s secure payment gateways.

Do you charge for delivery?
For all orders under $99AUD yes, a Flat rate of $7.95 for all Australian purchases. Outside of Australia, calculated shipping charges will be based on your location and all shipping charges are shown in your shopping basket before you confirm your order. Australian & New Zealand orders of $99AUD and above include Free shipping.

Do I need to register?
No, you do not need to register to purchase from this website. You may checkout as a guest, however, setting up an account will mean you can place your orders quicker, receive news about promotions and make it easier to resolve any issues.

If I register now, can I change my details later?
Yes. You can update your details at any time by going to My Account, logging in and editing your details.

How secure are my payment details?
Very secure. We do not process your payment on this site; our checkout page is secured by HTTPS and is an externally hosted payment gateway by Stripe and PayPal, which authorises the payment directly with your bank, credit card provider or PayPal account. All Vegan does not hold, store or retain your payment details.

How do I know my order has gone through?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successful. If for some reason the payment is unsuccessful you will be contacted by one of our team members to resolve the issue.

What happens if they payment doesn’t go through?
You will be notified if the payment is unsuccessful and asked to select a different card from your wallet or add a new one.

How do I create an account?
Your account can be created at the time of your first purchase. Once you have completed your order, you will be prompted to enter a password. This will automatically set up your account with all the details from your order.
