All Vegan Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery:
Shipping options will be made available at purchase within the checkout. Products ordered through this website normally take 3-7 working days to deliver to addresses in Australia. Remote location delivery time frames may vary. We mostly utilize Australia Post services to ship our items, once the product has been dispatched (i.e. left our warehouse) it is the responsibility of Australia Post to deliver the item(s) to you. We will endeavour to assist as much as possible with the tracking and speed at which the parcel is delivered to you, but some things are out of our control. An automated email will be sent to you upon dispatching your order and we suggest you use the tracking number contained within it to better determine the estimated delivery time.

Please ensure upon checkout that you have entered the correct shipping address including any relevant building/unit/level numbers correctly as well as any special notes for delivery/safe drop to ensure you will receive your order without any delays/interruptions. In the case where a parcel is returned to us for any reason including an incorrect shipping address provided to us by you, we will have to charge an additional flat rate shipping fee of $7.95AUD* to have your order re-dispatched to you.

*For Australian orders only, International orders will be a calculated cost based on your location.

International Orders:
At present All Vegan can deliver to most locations around the world (Please check when checking out) A large majority of our international shipping is done via Australia International Parcel Post where available Your item(s) will be shipped within 1 week unless otherwise specified. You will receive an automatic notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number. *Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for your parcel to arrive. Shipping rates will vary from country to country. All orders will be charged in $AUD (Australian Dollars)

Please note: If you don’t provide a correct shipping address, or for any other reason i.e. your parcel was not collected and your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional charge to reship your item.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. All Vegan is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Returns
At All Vegan we want you to be pleased with our vegan products and friendly service every time you shop with us. Though occasionally, we know you may need to return items.

Change of mind:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. Should you wish to exchange your product we may authorize this at our discretion providing the goods remain unopened. This needs to be requested via our website contact form by clicking HERE or the email listed on your Invoice. You will need to cover any costs involved in the delivery of the new product and return of the old product, and this exchange would need to be completed within 7 days of the original purchase. This will not be available on sale items or short dated items. Please remember it is at our discretion when considering any exchange option for you.You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major defect. This is when the item(s) are deemed to be “Incorrect, defective or damaged”

Incorrect, defective or damaged goods:
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are “Incorrect, defective or damaged”. This can be done either via our website contact form by clicking HERE or the email listed on your Invoice. Failing to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by you to us at the following return address:

You will be entitled to a full refund (including any applicable delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact incorrect or defective. In case of the goods being incorrect we regret that we cannot accept returns of item(s) that have been opened. We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the return delivery note we will provide. Any goods that are to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item or arrange a replacement item – these options are at your discretion.

Lost In Transit:
If you order has not arrived on time and has been confirmed lost by Australia Post then we will replace your order and resend it free of charge.
